This painting is of a free spirited butterfly which is fluttering in the beautiful surroundings of hazy flowers. Watercolors that have been manipulated by the artist give this mystical array of colors. The original is matted with a 12 x 9 mat.
About Sarah Crumpler
Since childhood I have had a passion for all types of art. I find satisfaction painting acrylic paintings and watercolors. I also do vector drawings based on my photography. Often I experiment with unusual materials and have had some wonderful surprises in the process. Creating art is a wonderful place where I escape reality and find an inner peace. Since completing my college degree in fine arts I have continued to experiment with my paintings. I am currently drawn to paint in a style with varied textures and surface qualities.
